User Manual & Help Guides
Navigate to: Dashboard > Help & Support > User Manual (/dashboard/support/manual)
The User Manual is your in-product reference library. It contains step-by-step guides for every feature across the Business Suite, Lifestyle Suite, Secure Vault, and system settings.
How the Manual is Organised
Guides are grouped into categories:

| Vault | File storage, Collaboration & RBAC, Workspace Sharing |

| Help | Tickets, FAQ, Plans & Billing |
Finding a Guide
Browse by category:
- The left sidebar (or top filter on mobile) shows all categories.
- Click a category to show only guides from that area.
Search:
- Use the search bar at the top of the User Manual page.
- Search by keyword (e.g., "TDS", "pomodoro", "PDF", "invite").
- Results update in real time as you type.
Reading a Guide
- Click on any guide card.
- The guide opens in a full reading view.
- Use the ← Back button to return to the manual list.
Guide Completeness
Guides are written to reflect the current version of the product. If a feature you are looking for is not covered in a guide, check:
- The FAQ section for quick answers.
- The Blog for deeper articles on specific topics.
- Support Tickets to ask the team directly.
Always-On Reference
The manual is accessible even when you are using other parts of the app:
- Open the Help & Support section in the sidebar at any time.
- The manual does not require internet connectivity if the app was loaded (content is bundled).
