Navigate to `/dashboard/lifestyle/planners/workout`.
  • Don't just track reps. Track consistency.
  • seeing a row of green checkmarks gives you a dopamine hit that rivals closing a deal.
  • 2. Determining "Enough"

    Use the Project Status view. If you have 3 "Active" projects, that is your capacity.
  • When a new lead comes in, check your status board.
  • If you are full, move the new project to "On Hold" immediately.
  • Visualizing your load prevents you from overcommitting in the moment.
  • 3. The Separated "Friends" List

    Go to `/dashboard/lifestyle/friends`.
  • It's easy to neglect relationships when you are hustling.
  • Set reminders for birthdays or just a monthly "Coffee Chat".
